Can we bring a dog?

Unfortunately we don't allow pets in the apartment — there are allergy sufferers in the family and we want to keep an unburdened environment for all guests.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is standard from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. If you need different times, drop us a message — we'll accommodate where the schedule allows.

How do the deposit and balance work?

For online bookings you pay a non-refundable deposit of CZK 4,000. Three payment options are available:

  • Card payment via the secure Stripe gateway (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • QR code — scan in your banking app
  • Bank transfer to our account

The remaining balance is paid on arrival — in cash, by QR code or bank transfer.

What are the cancellation terms?

The CZK 4,000 deposit paid at booking is non-refundable — we hold your dates once the booking is confirmed. The balance is only due on arrival, so you don't lose it if you cancel. If you can't come, instead of cancelling we offer a one-time reschedule to another free date within 12 months (request at least 14 days before arrival). If we cancel (force majeure), we refund the deposit in full. Details in the Cancellation terms.

What about parking and shops?

Parking is right at the apartment door — no street search. The nearest grocery shop is within 250 m, a restaurant within 150 m — all comfortably on foot.

How far is Pálava, Lednice and other attractions?

We're perfectly placed in the heart of South Moravia — all main attractions within 30 minutes by car:

  • Pálava (Protected Area): 15 minutes — hikes with panoramic vineyard views
  • Lednice-Valtice (UNESCO): 25 minutes — château and park
  • Mikulov: 20 minutes — historic centre, Holy Hill
  • Nové Mlýny: 10 minutes — swimming and water sports
  • Wine trails: right at the door — bike rack provided
How many of us can come?

The apartment is generous: 8 full beds + 2 extra beds = up to 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ideal for families, friend groups and company team-buildings.

Can we smoke in the apartment?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the covered terrace.

Is wine tasting included in the price?

The apartment has our wine selection with signature wines, paid on departure. A guided tasting in our cellar is a separate service (from CZK 400/person) — book in advance at vinarstviukrcku.cz/pages/degustace.
